A Reset Is Happening Around Here

If you’ve been around The Hot Mess Kitchen for a while, you might notice something feels a little… refreshed.

Same kitchen. Same recipes. Same chaos.

Just a better flow.

I’ve been blogging for a long time (since 2015), and like a lot of food blogs that grew alongside real life, things piled up. Posts written in different seasons of my life. Recipes that worked but could be clearer. Instructions that made sense in my head, but maybe needed a little cleanup on paper.

So I’m giving this space a reset.

What’s Changing

I’m reposting and refreshing recipes so they are:

  • Easier to read
  • Faster to follow
  • Less overwhelming
  • More realistic for real kitchens

That means clearer steps, better tips, and recipes you can actually get through without scrolling forever or guessing what I meant.

What’s Staying the Same

Everything that makes this kitchen what it is:

  • Simple food
  • No perfection pressure
  • Honest cooking

I still believe that getting fed is the win.

And yes, sometimes dinner is a side dish you eat straight out of the pan.

What This Means for You

You’ll see:

  • Updated versions of older recipes
  • New posts mixed in as usual
  • A little more structure and a lot less stress

If you’ve saved something before, it’s still coming back. Just easier to use.

Come Hang Out With Me Elsewhere

If you want more of The Hot Mess Kitchen beyond the blog, you can find me here:

No algorithms to beat here. Follow wherever you already hang out.

Thanks for being here while I tidy things up. Pull up a chair. The food’s still warm.
